Executive Assistant with Social Media Skills - Florida  (Miami Dade area)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant with strong social media skills to join our team. The successful candidate will provide executive-level support to the senior leaders within the organization, as well as manage and execute the company's social media strategy. This is a hybrid position that will require some in-office time depending on projects and need, as well as some weekend hours. There may be some occasional travel required both US and International.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level administrative support to the  senior leaders, including scheduling, travel coordination, and expense management
• Manage and execute the company's social media strategy, including creating and scheduling content, monitoring and responding to social media activity, and analyzing social media metrics
• Coordinate and manage company events and meetings
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Manage and maintain the executives calendar and schedule
• Coordinate with other departments and external contacts to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Equivalent experience/ Degree
• 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Strong social media skills, including experience with social media management tools and analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality is a must.

Modular Data Center Operator (Part-time Remote)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced data center operator to monitor and maintain our modular data center infrastructure remotely. You will be responsible for day-to-day operation of the facility including optimizing power usage, cooling systems, and performing hardware maintenance and troubleshooting. This is a part-time remote role requiring the following:

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience working in critical facilities such as data centers, NOCs or server rooms
• Valid Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) certification
• Working knowledge of power distribution, backup power systems, cooling best practices and modular/containerized data centers
• Ability to monitor facility remotely using DCIM dashboards and troubleshoot issues
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to be on call nights and weekends on a rotating schedule
• Proactive mindset to perform preventative maintenance and optimize efficiency
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with customers and vendors
